TradeAgency.ca uses the same three plans as our parent brand, Trades.Agency. Plans start at $1,999 a month on month-to-month terms, or $1,499 a month on annual billing. Prices are in Canadian dollars, and suppliers add the GST/HST that applies in their province (in Quebec, GST and QST). The full, current details are on the Trades.Agency pricing page. We are a marketing service, not a contractor, so every dollar here pays for marketing and advice, never for installation work.

The plans
| Plan | Month to month | Billed annually | What it covers |
|---|---|---|---|
| Growth | $1,999/month | $1,499/month | The core marketing work for a business that already has steady customers |
| Elite | $3,999/month | $2,999/month | Several channels run together, and Trades.Agency website design packages at half price |
| Enterprise | $7,999/month | $5,999/month | Your own dedicated team with priority support; any website design and build package is included at no charge |
All plans run month to month with no long-term contract. You can cancel with 30 days' notice, and annual commitments earn the lower rate. A free 30-minute initial consultation is available for eligible businesses and is separate from the paid plans.
What each plan usually means for a supplier
Growth suits a supplier with one main problem to fix: for example, a regional distributor whose branch listings are a mess, or a manufacturer that needs its installer locator rebuilt. Expect one primary service at a steady pace, such as branch local SEO or dealer program marketing.
Elite suits a supplier running two or three channels at once, such as catalogue SEO plus contractor acquisition campaigns, or a launch campaign alongside ongoing dealer marketing. The website discount helps if your catalogue site needs rebuilding.
Enterprise suits national distributors, manufacturers with large dealer networks, and companies entering Canada or several provinces at once. The included website build matters when the existing site can't support a large catalogue, multiple languages or many branch pages.
What drives the cost
Price depends less on company size than on complexity. The main factors:
- Catalogue size and data quality. A 500-SKU catalogue with clean attributes is far less work than 40,000 SKUs with five spellings of every spec.
- Number of locations. Each branch needs its own listing and page, and acquisitions multiply the clean-up.
- Languages. Selling in Quebec means French content of equal quality, which adds real work. See our Quebec page.
- Channels. Search ads, LinkedIn, dealer kits and consent-based follow-up each take ongoing management.
- Approval layers. Manufacturers with legal, brand and regional sign-off take longer per piece than owner-run distributors.
A worked budget check
Before choosing a plan, compare it with the value of a contractor account. Suppose an average active account brings you $9,000 a year in gross profit and stays for four years: about $36,000 in lifetime gross profit. On the Elite plan billed annually ($2,999 a month, or about $36,000 a year before GST/HST and ad spend), the fee pays for itself if the work produces one or two additional accounts that last, or keeps a few existing accounts from drifting to a competitor. Use your own figures; our trade-account economics guide shows the full method.
What isn't included
So there are no surprises: platform ad spend is paid by you directly to Google, LinkedIn or other platforms. Photography, video production, printed materials, trade-show booths and translation by certified translators for legal documents are outside the plans, though we can help you scope them. Product data clean-up that needs your ERP or PIM vendor's involvement may also need their time and fees.
How to choose
Start with the leak that costs you the most and pick the smallest plan that can fix it properly. If you're unsure, the free consultation is designed for that question. You can also read the FAQ or review our results from HVAC work first. Call, text or email when you're ready.
Frequently asked questions
Is there a setup fee?
The published plans are monthly. If your project needs a new website or a large catalogue rebuild, we scope that separately and tell you the cost in writing before any work starts.
Does the plan include ad spend?
No. Media spend on Google, LinkedIn or other platforms is paid directly by you to the platform, on your own accounts. Our fee covers planning, building and managing the campaigns.
Can we change plans later?
Yes. Plans are month to month, so you can move up or down with 30 days' notice. Annual billing gives a lower rate in exchange for the commitment.
Do you charge GST or HST?
Prices are in Canadian dollars. Suppliers add 5% GST in the West and the North, HST in Ontario and Atlantic Canada, or GST and QST in Quebec.
