The quickest way to reach TradeAgency.ca is to call or text (604) 632-4959, or email Ali@Sedighi.ca. Our hours are Mon–Fri 9–6 Pacific. We usually reply within one business day. Every message reaches a senior strategist. We're a marketing and consulting service for suppliers, not a contractor, so please don't contact us for installation or repair work; we can't help with that.

What happens next

  1. Send a short note

Your business name, city and what you need.

  2. Get a reply

Ali or a senior strategist answers, usually the next business day.

  3. Plan the next step

If it fits, you get a clear proposal. If not, honest advice.

Three ways to reach us

  • Call (604) 632-4959 if you want to talk it through now.
  • Text the same number if you're on the road, between branches, or at a trade show.
  • Email Ali@Sedighi.ca if you'd like to share background, figures or links first.

We don't use chat widgets, booking tools or web forms. A real conversation is faster and tells us more.

What to include in your first message

You don't need a formal brief. A few lines covering these points is plenty:

  1. What you sell and to whom. For example, "plumbing and heating distributor, mostly residential contractors" or "manufacturer of commercial water heaters sold through wholesalers".
  2. Where you sell. Provinces, branches or rep territories. Our areas page shows how markets differ.
  3. What's not working. Contractors can't find products, the locator is stale, new branches are quiet, a launch is coming.
  4. Rough numbers if you have them. Average account value, margin, new accounts per month.
  5. Timing. Is there a launch, season or rebate change driving this?

Here is a simple template you can copy:

Hi, I'm [Name], [Role] at [Business name]. We [manufacture / distribute] [product category] and sell to [type of contractor] in [Province or City]. Our main problem is [problem]. We have [number] branches / [number] dealers. We'd like to talk about [service]. You can reach me most easily at [time].

What happens next

  1. We reply within one business day, usually sooner.
  2. We set up a 30-minute consultation by video call, in person or by phone, at a time that suits you.
  3. We ask questions about your channel, customers and current marketing. You'll leave with at least one specific recommendation, whether or not you hire us.
  4. If it's a fit, we send a short written proposal with the plan, scope and first 90 days. If it isn't, we'll tell you, and where possible point you to a better option.

What we can and can't help with

It saves everyone time to be clear about scope before you write.

We can help with: marketing to contractors, dealer and installer programs, catalogue and product-page search, branch listings, launch and rebate communication, account-growth campaigns, French-language marketing for Quebec, and the sales process between an inquiry and an opened account.

We can't help with: installation, repairs, equipment selection for a specific job, engineering or code questions, legal or tax advice, or credit decisions on contractor accounts. If your question is about whether a product meets a code requirement, the provincial regulator or a qualified professional is the right contact; our areas pages link to the main regulators in each province.

If you're a homeowner or contractor looking for an installer, contact the manufacturer or distributor of the product directly. We don't take installation jobs or refer them.

Frequently asked questions

Is the first consultation really free?

Yes. The first 30-minute consultation is free for eligible businesses, with no obligation. It is a working conversation about your channel, not a sales pitch.

Should I call or text?

Whichever suits you. Texting works well if you're between meetings or on the road; a short text is enough to start. Calling is quicker if you want to talk through your situation right away.

Can our marketing manager and sales director both join the first call?

Yes, and it often helps. Marketing and sales usually see different parts of the problem, and hearing both saves time.

Will you sign an NDA before we share sales data?

Tell us in your first message if you need one, and we'll review your agreement before you send anything sensitive.
