Marketing that moves product through contractors

Proof from real campaigns

Results from our HVAC work, and what they mean for suppliers

These are HVAC results, not supplier results. We show them because several solve the same problems a distributor or manufacturer faces: catalogue scale, technical content and product-category search.

Every result on this page comes from our HVAC work, and we say so plainly. TradeAgency.ca is newer than our contractor-side brands, and we would rather show real, checkable numbers from a related field than invent supplier case studies. HVAC happens to be one of the most product-heavy trades, so several of these projects deal with exactly the problems suppliers face. We are a marketing service, not a contractor, in every one of them.

BoilerPart.ca: a catalogue at scale

A parts catalogue of 2,000+ programmatic pages took BoilerPart.ca to 180% organic traffic growth.

What it shows. Template-driven product pages can rank when each one carries specific, useful detail rather than repeated boilerplate. That is the core challenge for any distributor with thousands of SKUs.

What transfers to a supplier. The approach to page templates, structured attributes, internal linking between related parts, and deciding which pages deserve to exist at all. This is the foundation of our product and catalogue SEO service.

What doesn't. Your catalogue will have its own data quality issues, and a distributor with branches also needs stock and location information that a parts site may not.

HeatLand: technical content that compounds

Over 850 SEO articles went live on HeatLand, and leads rose 300% in 6 months.

What it shows. A sustained program of practical, technical articles builds search visibility and inquiries over time.

What transfers. Contractors search for sizing, compatibility, troubleshooting and code questions all the time. A supplier that answers those questions well earns traffic from exactly the people who buy parts. The content planning method is the same.

What doesn't. HeatLand's readers were largely homeowners. A supplier's content needs to be written for tradespeople, which means more depth, more specifications and less hand-holding.

CombiBoiler.ca: owning a product category

For one product category, CombiBoiler.ca earned 500+ page-1 rankings on combi-boiler keywords, 300+ leads a month and a 300% ROI.

What it shows. Focused work on one product category can produce hundreds of first-page rankings across model, sizing and comparison searches.

What transfers. Manufacturers and wholesalers can apply the same category-ownership approach to a product line: buying guides, model comparisons and cross-references that make your pages the reference for that category.

HVACDeal.ca: tracking spend to revenue

HVACDeal.ca generated 500+ leads at a 12:1 ROI.

What it shows. Campaigns can be measured all the way to revenue when tracking is set up properly from the start.

What transfers. The tracking discipline behind our contractor acquisition campaigns: every inquiry tagged to its source, and spend judged by opened, active accounts rather than clicks.

GasBoilers.ca: building a division

We built GasBoilers.ca as a gas-boiler division for CANRO Heat. It covers 26+ BC communities and holds 5.0★ from 76+ Google reviews.

What it shows. A new line of business can be launched as its own brand with its own local presence.

What transfers. Manufacturers launching a new product family, or distributors opening a specialty division, face the same questions: separate brand or not, how to build local visibility, and how to earn trust quickly. It also shows the kind of installer a manufacturer wants in its dealer program.

What we'd want to measure for you

For a supplier, we'd set up a similar baseline before any work begins: organic visits to product and category pages, calls and texts by branch, locator searches and routed leads, and new accounts opened per month with their 90-day activity. Without a baseline, no result means much, ours included.

How to read these results

Treat them as evidence of method, not a forecast. Your results will depend on your catalogue, your market, your competitors and your sales team's follow-up. The full list of our HVAC case studies is on hvac.agency. If you'd like to talk about which of these approaches fits your business, see pricing or contact us.

Frequently asked questions

Do you have case studies from suppliers or distributors?

Not published ones yet. Rather than invent any, we show public results from our HVAC work and explain which parts of the method transfer to a supplier and which don't.

Can we check these results ourselves?

Every site named here is live, and you can visit it. The full list of case studies is on hvac.agency/case-studies.

Will we get the same numbers?

No one can promise that. Results depend on your market, catalogue, competition and how fast your team follows up. What we can promise is the same method and honest reporting.
